OPTICON H2020 - Management Structure

The management team, shared between the IoA at the University of Cambridge (Project Co-ordinator's office) and the Project Scientist at the UKATC, ROE, Edinburgh, are responsible for the smooth running of the consortium, ensure that the programme is delivered on time and budget, modifying plans and rebalancing resources as required, liasing with other structures (eg ASTRONET) and reporting to the commission. The project is overseen by a Management Board and an Executive Committee who provide strategic guidance and liaison with the major funding agencies involved.
